🛎 Join us for our virtual Hospitality Exchange on October 15th, hosted by the NCA At-Large Chapter! Come mingle with members from ALL NCA CHAPTERS! 🤩

🏅 This month we're shining a light on NCA Certification and Endorsement — what it takes to become a Certified Concierge or an Endorsed Affiliate Partner, and why it's worth it.

If your certification or endorsement has opened a door for you — a bonus, a promotion, a client who chose you, a moment of recognition — bring that story! We want to hear it. If you have questions on how to become Certified or Endorsed, this is the place to be!

🤝 We're also keeping the part you love: share ideas, bring your thorniest situations, and troubleshoot together with fellow NCA members.

🕙 The At-Large Chapter scheduled this session at 11am Eastern to accommodate as many of their international members as possible across their 15 time zones. Mark your calendars and plan to join the conversation by registering with the link that is in your email inbox!

Where service meets regional strategy – we can't wait to see y'all!

🛎 Please note, this gathering is for NCA Members only. 🛎

On our dine-around, we attended Church and Union Charleston, SC. The restaurant occupies a historic church, set up non-denominational for the sailors who came to port. The cross was replaced with an anchor, especially for them.
On the ceiling is painted the book, The Art of War. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. Huge thanks to the General Manager who graciously hosted our group of Concierge.

Jinkies we had a blast with our friends at@escapologyscottsdaleaz. We hopped into the Mystery Machine with Scooby, Shaggy and the gang and took a shot at solving a mystery. We were successful and escaped the manor. What a great way to build team work. Make sure you put us on your Calendar for our next event on May 20th at Flemings in Scottsdale.
