Finally made it to Paris! Premium economy on Air France was excellent! Wheelchair service as well! My “wheelchair guy” was a gem! Breezed through customs in 30 seconds. I managed to get to the right train station in the correct car & correct seat with lots of inquires & a few nice guys who helped me with my luggage. Of course my car was the furthest one on the track. On my way to Caen to visit Laura & hang out with her & her family in Normandy!!! Bonus: it’s warm & sunny in Paris!!! 🇫🇷🥖🥂😎

I’m happy to report that I’m doing great after shoulder surgery two weeks ago! Doc says I’m healing ahead of the curve. I know my Bemer mat is helping me heal. More about that later….. Thanks to all my FOJ’s who called, texted, sent a card, brought/sent food, & stopped by to visit. A huge thank you to my “nurse”, “driver” & house manager” Susan Knapp, who organized everything for 13 days & kept me comfortable. (She’s also available for dog sitting, organizing, & deep tissue massages!) Lisa G pinched hit for 3 nights. My sister is up next!
