Hi folks! Aupaircare North Orange/Long Beach is seeking a new Area Director (starts March 1).

Requirements:
**Eligible to work in the US
**18 or older
**Experience working in a management or mentoring capacity with college aged people, or someone who has travelled overseas extensively, or someone who has experience in a culturally diverse workforce which has many workers who hold VISAs. Prior experience in HR, retail mgmt, social work, counseling, teaching, etc all are great transitional jobs; however these experiences aren't mandatory, but having them would help provide empathy and cultural understanding in your position as a mentor to 15-25 college aged exchange students and in coaching their families to help embrace the cultural benefits of using foreign student to provide American families with live in childcare.
**MUST LIVE IN THE TERRITORY (anywhere in North Orange/Long Beach, meaning: north/west beginning in Costa Mesa/Tustin up to Yorba Linda/Brea or South East of Whittier down the 605 into the Lakewood/Long Beach area, all North OC Beach cities, and anywhere in between). No exceptions.
