After a year of blood, sweat and tears...pouring my heart into any small job I could get my hands on, dealing with computer crashes and nightmares....a beam of light appears through the clouds. Today I sealed the deal on the narration for 3 one hour educational DVD's over the next month, with possibly a dozen more over the next 8 months or so. This is my first *BIG* job. FULL SPEED AHEAD!!! I can do anything.

After two months of one computer nightmare after another, and my VO dream being dead in the water before it ever even began....I am proud to say that I have overcome yet another obstacle! My studio is back up and running on my brand new laptop, and I'm back to auditioning!! Remember folks...the only boundary you face, are the limits of your own imagination. FULL SPEED AHEAD!!!

I'm ten different shades of ticked. I had a virus over the weekend that my wonderful brother in law helped me clear up beautifully. But now, whenever I try to open up ProTools I immediately get "the blue screen of death"!!

Ben Jammin Straley: Deep and confident male voice, with a very natural and conversational feel. Middle aged (30's to 50's). Excellent acting instincts, timbre and diversity. Takes direction extremely well, which makes recording a breeze.
