School is back. Summer schedules are winding down. And maybe you’re realizing… you could use a reset, too. 🌿

Maybe you’ve spent the summer keeping everyone else going. Maybe work has been nonstop. Or maybe you’re simply craving a little space to breathe, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

That’s where a Sedona retreat can come in. ❤️🏜️
A retreat can give you time to:
✨ Slow down and rest
✨ Step away from everyday distractions
✨ Move, meditate and spend time outdoors
✨ Gain a fresh perspective
✨ Reconnect with yourself—or enjoy the experience with a great group of friends

And Sedona makes a pretty incredible backdrop, with red rock trails, wide-open skies and a wellness community offering everything from meditation and yoga to personalized healing experiences.

Come solo. Bring your girlfriends. Make it a weekend reset or something deeper.

Explore retreat experiences with Sedona Soul Adventures, SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats and One Tribe Tours—all offering their own approach to helping you recharge and reconnect.

You’ve probably spent plenty of time taking care of everyone and everything else lately. Maybe Sedona is your reminder to put yourself back on the list. 💛

🐾 Because vacations are just better when your dog gets to come too.

As Sedona’s summer temperatures hopefully start cooling down a bit, it’s a great time to plan a getaway with your favorite four-legged travel buddy. 🌵🐶

And fortunately, Sedona has plenty of places where pups are welcome!

🏨 Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock is a great option if you’re looking for a relaxing resort stay with beautiful red rock surroundings—and room for Fido to come along.

🌄 Sky Ranch Lodge is another favorite, especially if sunset views, gardens and a more tucked-away Sedona feel are your thing.

Then there’s the important question… where are we eating? 😋🐾

Sedona has quite a few restaurants with dog-friendly patios, including Creekside American Bistro and Mesa Grill. Even better? Both offer menus for the dogs. Now that’s a vacation. 😂

So if putting your pup in a kennel makes you feel a little guilty or you simply prefer having them along for the adventure—Sedona makes it pretty easy. Pack the leash, some treats and maybe that dog bed that somehow takes up half the car. 😉🐕

🌄 Wake. Explore. Unwind. Dine. Here’s one way to fill an entire Sedona day with beautiful views, adventure and seriously good food!

☀️ Wake up at Canyon Villa B&B and ease into the morning with an indulgent, delicious breakfast overlooking Sedona’s gorgeous red rocks.

🚙 Next stop: Pink Jeep Tours! Fueled up and ready to explore, head into Sedona’s backcountry for rugged roads, incredible scenery and a closer look at the nature that makes this area so special.

💦 After the adventure, return to Canyon Villa B&B for a refreshing dip in the pool. Put your feet up, take in those gorgeous views and rest before dinner.

🌮 Finish the day at El Rincon in Tlaquepaque, a longtime Sedona favorite known for its unique blend of traditional Mexican and Native Navajo-inspired cuisine and a short drive from Canyon Villa B & B.

Adventure, pool time and a delicious dinner make it a day well spent and a recipe for a great night’s sleep! 😴✨
