Welcome to our CSA Specialty Melons 🍈 🍉 🍉 🍉 🍉 🍉 🍈
- Let that CASABA Melon sit in the fridge for a few days at least - to let get almost overripe before you cut into
- If - You are not as familiar with Those , they are a little trickier to know when to cut - But if you just wait a few days at least - or a little longer - You Will be set !

**But - not to be confused as a spaghetti squash - As they do look similar on the outside

Note - From the Farmer 🧑‍🌾 - We are currently starting to Change with the seasons now from Spring and into Summer crops ! With a little bit of a lull this week as Spring Crops dwindle out of the picture and Summer Crops start to trickle on in !
