43K Amex Points for a $700+ Hilton?! 🤯

🏨🔥 Amex is offering a 30% transfer bonus to Hilton Honors through October 14th!

Normally, 1,000 Amex Membership Rewards points = 2,000 Hilton points. With this bonus, that jumps to 2,600 Hilton points.

That can make some seriously aspirational Hilton redemptions much more attainable:
🌴 Conrad Bora Bora Nui: 200K Hilton → ~77K Amex points
🌺 Grand Wailea Maui: 110K Hilton → ~43K Amex points
🎰 Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas: 85K Hilton → ~33K Amex points

And if you have eligible Hilton elite status, you can potentially stack this with Hilton's 5th Night Free benefit on qualifying five-night standard-room reward stays.

For example, five 110K nights at Grand Wailea would normally total 550K Hilton points. With the fifth night free, that's 440K Hilton points—or about 170K Amex points during this transfer bonus. 🤯

🧮 Easy formula:
Hilton points needed ÷ 2.6 = Amex points needed

⏰ 30% transfer bonus ends October 14th. As always, confirm your award availability before transferring because Membership Rewards transfers generally can't be reversed.

Trying to earn the Southwest Companion Pass but worried you’ll fall short of the 135,000 qualifying points you need by the end of the year? ✈️

Whether you need another 2,000 points or you're still 40,000 points away, there are several ways to earn more Companion Pass-qualifying points — and you DON'T necessarily have to open another credit card.

In this video, I’m covering 6 ways to boost your Southwest Companion Pass qualifying points, including:
✈️ Southwest credit card referrals
💳 The Southwest debit card
⛽ Grocery and gas spending
🛍️ Rapid Rewards Shopping
🍽️ Rapid Rewards Dining
🏨 Southwest hotel and travel bookings

Plus, I’ll explain which Southwest points DO NOT count toward earning Companion Pass so you don't make the mistake of transferring or buying points thinking they'll get you closer to 135,000.

The Southwest Companion Pass is my absolute favorite travel hacking perk. My husband flies free with me, and it typically saves us around 150,000 Southwest points every year!

💳 Considering the Capital One Venture X? Before you apply, let's answer 5 of the biggest questions I hear about one of travel hackers' favorite premium credit cards!

With a $395 annual fee, the Venture X can be surprisingly easy to justify thanks to benefits like:
✈️ $300 annual Capital One Travel credit
🎁 10,000 anniversary miles each year
🥂 Capital One Lounge + Priority Pass access
🚗 Primary rental car coverage
📱 Cellphone protection
🧳 Travel protections
💰 2x miles on everyday purchases

In this video, I'm answering 5 important Venture X questions:
1️⃣ Can you get Venture X if you already have the Venture card?
2️⃣ How difficult is Capital One approval?
3️⃣ Should you upgrade your Venture—or apply for Venture X separately?
4️⃣ What travel and purchase protections does Venture X include?
5️⃣ Where can you transfer Capital One miles?

I'll also explain one of my favorite Capital One features: using miles to erase eligible travel purchases, which can make expenses like vacation rentals, cruises, and other travel purchases much easier to travel hack.
And with a long list of airline and hotel transfer partners, Capital One miles can be incredibly flexible for award travel.

Amex Points → Leading Hotels of the World: Is It Worth It?

American Express just added a NEW hotel transfer partner: Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) — and don’t let the 4:1 transfer ratio scare you! 👀

Some LHW luxury hotels require so few Leaders Club points that you could actually use fewer Amex points to book a luxury hotel than a Hampton Inn.

In this video, I break down:
✨ How the new Amex → Leaders Club transfer works
🏨 Why the 4:1 ratio is better than it sounds
🗽 How a $1,000+ NYC luxury hotel could cost just 44,000 Amex points
🌎 Luxury sweet spots in Greece, Croatia, Tokyo & Palm Springs
💳 The Leaders Club benefit for Amex Platinum cardholders
🔥 Citi’s current 25% Leaders Club transfer bonus
⚠️ The taxes, fees and dynamic pricing you need to know before transferring

Leading Hotels of the World has more than 400 independent luxury hotels around the globe, and this could become a surprisingly valuable way to use your transferable points.

10 $1,000+ Hilton Hotels You Can Book for FREE 🤯

🏝️ What if you could stay at a $1,000, $2,000—even $3,000 PER NIGHT Hilton hotel for FREE without using a single point?!

That's the power of a Hilton Free Night Reward, and in this video I'm sharing 10 of the most expensive and aspirational Hilton hotels and resorts where you can potentially get incredible value from one.

We're talking bucket-list properties like:
🌴 Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi
🏝️ Hermitage Bay, Antigua
🌺 Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique
🌊 Conrad Bora Bora Nui
🗽 Waldorf Astoria New York
🇲🇽 Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal
🇬🇷 Canaves Oia Suites in Santorini
🌺 Grand Wailea Maui
🌴 Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills
🌊 Oceana Santa Monica

Some of these properties can cost 1,000–3,000+ for ONE NIGHT, making them incredible opportunities to maximize a Hilton Free Night Reward.

One option is the Hilton Honors Aspire Card, which includes a Free Night Reward with the card and another each year upon renewal, with opportunities to earn additional rewards through spending.

This Hotel Booking Trick Could Save Your Trip ⬇️

🏨 Booking a bucket-list hotel nearly a YEAR in advance? Here's one trick I use to keep my plans flexible!

When award availability is limited, changing an existing reservation later can be risky. You could cancel your stay only to discover that the points rooms you need are no longer available. 😳

My strategy? When appropriate, I'll book separate reservations—especially for the first and last nights of my stay.

That way, if airfare is cheaper a day earlier or later, I may be able to adjust those nights without touching the rest of my hard-to-get award reservation. ✈️

Just make sure you're booking the same room type, and keep in mind that Hyatt awards like Club Access Awards, Suite Upgrade Awards, or Guest of Honor can make separate reservations less practical.

It's one of the little strategies I use to give myself more flexibility when booking bucket-list trips far in advance!

Use Credit Card Points to Pay for Disney/Universal Tickets & Cruises! 🤯
🏰🚢 Did you know you can use Chase points to help pay for Disney, Universal—or even a cruise?!

And right now, there's an even better opportunity thanks to the 30% Chase Ultimate Rewards transfer bonus to Aeroplan through September 30th!

If you have the Aeroplan Credit Card, eligible travel purchases can be covered using Aeroplan points at 1.25 cents per point. Combine that with the 30% Chase transfer bonus and you're effectively getting 1.625 cents of travel value per Chase point! 🤯

That means approximately:
🏰 $500 in eligible Disney or Universal tickets = 30,769 Chase points
🚢 $1,500 cruise = 92,308 Chase points
For theme park tickets, the key is purchasing through a merchant such as Undercover Tourist so the transaction codes as travel rather than entertainment and is eligible for the travel redemption.

This can be an awesome option for families who have plenty of Chase points but don't want to spend hundreds—or thousands—of dollars out of pocket on their next vacation.

⚠️ Chase's 30% Aeroplan transfer bonus ends September 30th, so always confirm the current redemption terms and that your purchase is eligible before transferring points. Transfers are generally irreversible.

Want a Southwest Companion Pass? STOP Opening Cards Now! 🚨

✈️ Want BOGO Southwest airfare for almost TWO YEARS? Your Southwest Companion Pass strategy starts NOW!

Southwest Companion Pass earning season is coming, but with Chase seemingly getting tougher on credit card approvals, there are steps you can take before October to put yourself in the strongest possible position when it's time to apply.

In this video, I'm covering:
🚨 Why I'm holding off on new credit card applications right now
💳 Why your first Companion Pass application should be a Southwest business card
📊 How your existing Chase credit limits may affect approval
💼 Why the number of Chase business cards you already have matters
✂️ When it may make sense to close or reduce limits on existing Chase cards
🏢 EINs, LLCs and business applications
💰 Why you should be putting regular spending on your existing Chase cards

The Southwest Companion Pass is my #1 favorite travel hacking strategy because your designated companion can fly with you for just the required taxes and fees every time you fly while your pass is valid—even when YOU book your ticket with points!

Timing your strategy correctly can potentially give you Companion Pass benefits for nearly two full calendar years. 🤯

🎥 Stay tuned because I'll be walking you through my complete Companion Pass strategy as earning season gets closer!

Stop Paying for These 5 Things!

💳 Your credit card could be paying for things you're currently spending YOUR money on!

We all know travel credit cards can earn points and miles for free travel—but some of their most valuable benefits have nothing to do with booking a flight or hotel.

In this video, I'm sharing 5 credit card perks that could save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars, including:
📱 Cell phone insurance
📺 Free or discounted streaming services
🛍️ Extended warranties & purchase protection
💰 Amex Offers, Chase Offers & Capital One Offers
🚗 Uber, Lyft & DoorDash credits
✈️ Travel insurance, baggage protection & rental car coverage
🛒 Plus other everyday perks you may already have!

The crazy part? Many of these benefits are already included with credit cards you may have in your wallet—you just need to know how to use them.

Before you pay for another extended warranty, phone insurance plan, streaming subscription, or travel protection, check your credit card benefits first!
