Look at the cute lil butterfly that was in the hoist! I caught it after this and brought it outside, so don’t worry it’s not stuck in there

Who likes bats? There were quite a few up at the Quincy Mine! Back in 2015 the White Nose Syndrome killed off a lot of the bat population and from the looks of it the population has grown back pretty well.

Stopped into Top of the Lake Snowmobile museum and definitely worth the stop. Loads of sleds to check out with a very cool gift shop at well.

Bridgefest weekend!! Many events to go and check out in Houghton and Hancock, ranging from bands to good food. Smelter tours are running as well this weekend and Saturday there will be a big event at the Quincy Mine that you won’t want to miss!
