Our community resides in an amazing location in the beautiful Spokane Valley with shopping and entertainment just a few minutes away and our office staff is available 7 days a week to help with any issue that may arise in or out of your apartment. The Reserve at Shelley Lake Apartments features three different apartment collections choose from. Whether it be our Reserve, Tuscany, or Artisan collection, we feature 19 different floor plans between the three. All apartment styles come with a full-size washer/dryer inside, state-of-the-art appliances in the kitchen, an incredibly spacious floor plan highlighted by 9-foot ceilings throughout, and a large garage to keep your vehicle safe from the elements. Each of the floor plans we offer is made unique by the color schemes, appliance finishes, flooring styles, size, and whether the garage is attached or detached. One of the most popular benefits to our residents is the resident plaza. The Reserve at Shelley Lake Apartments residents have 24-hour access to the plaza that is complete with a business center, media room, fitness room, 2 tanning beds, and an enormous pool area. We also provide a courtesy patrol service that patrols the community in a continuously changing schedule.
