Patrick McMillan, our Juniper Level Botanic Garden host, has a line about Chan Chich Lodge in Belize: "There's nowhere quite like it." He's right, and we've now seen it for ourselves.
This past January, we took a group of plant lovers through the Petén rainforest in Guatemala and deep into a private wildlife reserve in Belize. Tikal at dawn with howler monkeys in the canopy above Maya temples. The Sky Walk through Ixpanpajul's suspension bridges, surrounded by ferns, orchids, and bromeliads that genuinely don't care you're there (!!). A night safari at Chan Chich hunting for jaguars and tapirs under a sky that had no business being that clear.
When you travel around a real passion like botany, biodiversity, the kind of place where the forest is still working properly, the whole trip hits differently.
Outdoor travel truly brings us happiness, and we feel so lucky to be able to bring others with us.
Ask us about upcoming group trips, or DM us to plan something around what you actually care about.
