We are still in need of plastic eggs and wrapped candy for the kids. Keep the donations coming. We typically have well over 275 kids show up and ready to participate in the Egg Hunt.

The Great Easter Egg Hunt - 2024

Normandy High School Alumni c/o 87' , Prince Hall Shriners and Prince Hall Daughters Auxiliary are hosting their 3rd Annual Great Easter Egg Hunt which is a great event for children and the community.

It brings the magic of Easter to those who don't have the freedom to go outside to celebrate.

This family friendly event will be held Saturday March 23rd at Vinita Park (Yeoman Location) next to City Hall promptly at 12:00 Noon on the Athletic Field! (If rain occurs we will move egg hunt to top of park off the athletic field)

The Hunt will feature a variety of colorful plastic eggs filled with wrapped candy, coins and special prizes. The Easter Egg Hunt activities are for all school age children from Pre-K - High School.

The Easter Bunny will be making a guest appearance at 12:00 o'clock sharp so don’t forget your baskets!

Roy's Digital Photography will be onsite to capture the kids' beautiful smiles and special moments. Printed photos available with a $5 donation.
Portion of the proceeds from the pictures will go towards the College Scholarship funding for Normandy High School Graduates

There will also be onsite vendors for those interested in shopping before or after the event. And don't forget to grab a bite to eat with our display vendors.

Each of these vendors are sponsors of this fabulous event and have generously made donations to help make this event possible.

Friends and Family my birthday wish this year kicked off the Holiday Giving Event hosted by NHS Class of 87.

We have committed to group/center games for Epworth and the cookies and prizes for St Vincent to make it more manageable. If anyone interested in attending to help with one or both events on day of please let me know.

It was a true pleasure working with this wonderful couple that I can now call FAMILY . They are one of the most humble individuals I’ve ever met and did not ask for much. They asked for a SIMPLE but beautiful wedding .
