Just wrapped up the USARA National Championships, and what a weekend!

Some of the best whitewater, a whole lot of uphill biking, and so many familiar faces from racers who’ve joined us at 361° events over the years. Really cool to see our people out there!

But the highlight for me was the team. Got to race alongside my consistent teammate Steve, and two new teammates, Jody and Chuck, who couldn’t have been a better fit. Fantastic people to spend a long race with.

Huge thanks to USARA , Bendracing , and ALL the volunteers who made this weekend. Really appreciate everything that goes into pulling off an event like this!

Something big has been brewing in the regional adventure racing community!

Introducing the Crossroads Adventure Race Series!

Where Midwest grit meets Appalachian terrain.

Seven regional race organizations have joined forces, alongside USARA , to bring something new to adventure racing across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio.

We're talking a dozen races (and counting), diverse terrain, different course styles, and a shared commitment to growing the sport we all love.

One Series. A Dozen Races.

- Race a minimum of 2 events
- Your best 4 scores count
- $2,000 in series prizes, with a $400 USARA National Championship credit

And here's the fun part…

We're officially kicking things off at The FIG on November 7! We'll bring the community together and get this thing started right!!

This is a grassroots effort, built by race directors who are racers themselves. We're excited about what we can accomplish together - and even more excited to have you be part of it.

FIG XXIV - By the numbers (so far)!

First off, THANK YOU all for showing up!

With 136 racers from 17 states, we're officially looking at the second-biggest FIG to date! Just 18 more racers and we'll pass that post-pandemic outlier from 2021.

Kentucky is finally representing strong, but here's something cool: 76% of you are traveling from out of state to come adventure in our little corner of the world. We love getting to share our home state with you.

Registration doesn't close until November 1, so there's still plenty of time to join us.

And while we've already placed the largest shirt order in 361° history (and 539 Apparel is hard at work!), we'll hook you up with a nice, thick fleece buff instead.

Seriously, thanks for making this one so special already. Can't wait to see everyone in the Gorge!
