There’s no better way to begin a Provençal cooking masterclass than wandering the vibrant aisles of Les Halles 🍇🍅🍋

Before we tie on our aprons, we spend the morning gathering inspiration alongside locals—breathing in the fragrance of fresh herbs, seafood, and fresh-baked croissants, sampling artisan specialties, and stopping to visit our friends at the Frugumes stand.

It’s these kind, familiar faces that transform a farmers market visit into something far more meaningful.

Together, we’ll select the finest seasonal ingredients before heading into the kitchen to prepare a beautiful Provençal feast, discovering that the true recipe is found not only in the food, but in the people, the stories, and the joy of sharing them 👩🏻‍🍳
