Roger Lodge is a private home on the 33MM of the Lake of the Ozarks. This large 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 12. This home includes all bedding, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, cookware and dinnerware. It has a private hot tub, fire pit, beach, private dock with diving board, inside sunroom and outside screened in porch. The first

upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds, the second has a full bed and bunk beds. House Rules:
Check in: 3PM (unless otherwise arranged with manager)
Check out: 11am (unless otherwise arranged with manager)
No Parties
No Smoking inside
No Pets
You will need to provide your own firewood. Please do not take firewood from surrounding properties
Please be mindful of neighbors around you with noise, music and foul language. If a complaint is received, you will be warned once. If a second complaint is received, your stay will be terminated and no refund provided. Towels not provided, please bring your own towels.

The Roger Lodge is available during the Big Bass Bash! You will have your own dock for your boat. Pull out from the cove and buzz across the lake to a weigh station!

Now securing reservations for 2023. We are wide open in the spring, including Memorial Day week. We have openings after August 10 through the remainder of the year.

Rates: Jan 1-May 24 - $300/night - 3 night minimum
May 25-Sep 5 - $550/night - 3 night minimum
Sep- 6 - Dec 31 - $300/night - 3 night minimum

All reservations will have a $250 cleaning fee in addition to room rate and taxes.

Deposit: 50% due at time of booking with remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellation: 100% refund if canceled 60 or more calendar days before check-in. 50% of deposit is refunded if you cancel 31-59 calendar days before check-in. Final payment is due 30 days prior to check in. NO REFUND IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS OF ARRIVAL.

Shootout Opening! Right on the 33MM in a quiet cove. Boat right on out from the cove and be right on the start line and in the line of fun. The map pictured shows the Shootout course and where this rental home is (on the right side of the course with the x and a circle around it). $600/night plus taxes and cleaning fee - 5 night minimum. 50% deposit due upon booking. Remainder of stay paid 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival. 50% deposit refundable if cancelled 59-31 days prior to arrival. Deposit not refundable if cancelled 30 days and under prior to arrival.

This house is immaculate and can accommodate large families, or groups with plenty of room to spare.
