Under normal conditions and a clear sky, the user will experience tracking accuracy to within 3 feet. lly, the use of a SIM card gives the devices a digital connection directly to the customer’s mobile device. The user will send a text message directly to the device and receive its location in return. For commercial applications, the website and mobile app provide useful and customizable reports. Available features include setting a Geo Fence, tracking the vehicle’s location history and speed, and collision notification. There are also protocols in place to notify the user if the device is disconnected and as the device’s battery is drained of its 4-hour life following a disconnect.
