Burney Falls...beautiful stopping point in Northern California today! Have you been there? The trail loop was not too difficult, and so refreshingly lovely! 😍

We've enjoyed a couple nights at this sweet and quiet, pinetree-covered campground. A whole family of white-headed woodpeckers entertained us here😄 Eagle Lake is very, very dry right now, but still beautiful.

Will arrive in Reno later today, after almost a year, where we'll stay put for several weeks. Yay for catching up with family and friends! ❤

Here are some pics from the air museum in Tillamook. Oregon. This is a snapshot of WW2 history. The hanger was used to house helium blimps during World War 2. The mission of the blimps was to watch for German subs trying to sink American ships off the west coast.

We are back on the road again! After Bruce had an emergency hip surgery in Kentucky, we made our way back to the Pacific NW. Many wonderful visits were had there with friends and family! As much as we loved the East coast, it's so great to be on the West coast again!

After 5 great weeks in NC, we just entered Tennessee and crossed over the Appalachian Trail. Tomorrow is a visit to the Ark Encounter in KY!

We met some new friends several days ago when we visited King's Mountain. They invited us to visit them in Ft Mill SC, because we were going to be in that town to visit Morningstar Church.
