In the PADI Rescue Class, we focused on crucial surface rescue techniques.

Big thanks to Underwater Sports, Instructor Aaron Milstean, and the Samara's Captain for demonstrating practical ways to recover a diver, both alone and as a team.

Learning the importance of the H.E.L.P. (Heat Escape Lessening Posture) position was a game-changer for preserving warmth in the water!
