I'm a third generation Florida girl and have lived in the Sunshine State all my life. I owe my love of all things vintage to my wonderful Aunt Mil, whose kitchen was always filled with colorful Fiestaware dishes and whose dining room always had a beautiful tablecloth on the table - ready for her next tea party with the gals. I just love collecting vintage tablecloths and tea towels, especially Flo

rida souvenir cloths from the 40s, 50s and 60s. Their flamingos and palm trees conjure up images of wonderful summer vacations and cherished memories that were shared with family and friends for years afterward. I'll do my best to find some of these treasures to share with you, along with a few other vintage odds and ends. My linens will always arrive at your house freshly washed, dried in the Florida air, ironed, and ready for your table or kitchen. I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do!

On this day in 1938, Marine Studios opened it's "oceanarium" along historic (but at that time relatively new) highway A-1-A with a dolphin show. It's gone through a lot of changes over the years, including a name change to Marineland, but one thing that can't change is the millions of tourists who made happy memories there on their summer vacations to Florida!
