We just got back from a 7-day Alaska cruise (we saw Orcas from the ship) and I can honestly say Veronica made the whole process so easy. Our travel group was me, my boyfriend, his two kids (14 and 18), and his previous wife, which should tell you all you need to know about the level of coordination involved! Somehow, everything came together perfectly.

The cruise left from Vancouver and was smooth from start to finish. The food was good, getting around the ship was easy, and there was always something to do. Veronica helped us pick excursions that ended up being some of the highlights of the trip. We loved the wildlife cruise in Sitka where we saw a grey whale, sea otters and sea lions! We had a blast exploring the mine and gold panning in Juneau, and the zipline in Ketchikan was so much fun, we even zipped over black bears! We also spent time hiking in Prince Rupert and rewarded ourselves with some amazing crab legs afterward.

What I appreciated most was how easy Veronica was to work with. She answered questions, handled the details, and made planning a vacation for our slightly unconventional crew feel effortless. The trip had a great mix of adventure, relaxation, and family time, and we made memories we'll be talking about for years.

Before you leave for the airport, take photos of:

✔ Your credit cards (front and back)
✔ Your luggage

Then email the photos to yourself.

If your wallet is lost, your passport disappears, or your luggage goes missing, you’ll have everything you need to start fixing the problem much faster.

Save this tip. You may never need it, but if you do, you’ll be glad you have it.
