This is a cheap and brilliant idea. Other than the cast iron for pot. Becuase with cast iron it's too easy when you use hot coals.
But, use this stove with a large collard pot. Might work pretty good. And if doesn't, what did you loose?

A great camp oven. Folds away for easy storage. Just unfold and place directly over a gas stove burner. It's awesome for pizza.

Dusting off the gear. Being that the Florida summers are so hot, and all the rain , it's time to dust off the gear and make sure everything is in working order. I'm so ready to go camping!

I'll be at the lake eaton loop trails morning of Nov 17..Ocala National Forest,here I come.....should be a nice,light hike.. if anyone else would like to hike the trail with me,hit me up and we'll make a meet up time and enjoy the trail together.. It's a light 3 1/2 mile trail . Going around to the dry sink hole and to the boardwalks on the edge of Lake Eaton... very nice way to spend the sat in the forest...

Sept 29th--hiked the 13 mile trail of Starkey Park in Pasco County..Other than the heat of mid-day and the 2 rattle snakes on the trail , had a blast..OH , one more thing , had to re-rout my way around 10 sections that had a foot of water crossing the trail,,Most of the time i just took my shoes off and wade through..I had a hard time keeping my feet dry..Seen 3 deer,lots of wild turkey..

Well , summer is almost over and it's time to start dusting off the camping gear...Can't wait to enjoy the great outdoors !!

I would like to camp at Ocala's Lake Eaton Campgrounds. I must inform you these are primitive camp-sites. So you have to bring your own water. And then day hike to the Eaton sink hole and lake Eaton Loop Trails...It's aprox. a 3 1/2 mile day hike. I'm thinking I'll get there on Dec.30 and camp for 2 nights. I'll hike the loop trail morning after 1st night of camp. Most likely leave for home on Jan. 1st. Seems to be good way to spend the last few of 2011... Just e-mail me if interested in joining me..
