If you're running a 24 v trolling motor system and interested in the single lithium 24 v setup from VMAX batteries to minimize space and weight and maximize efficiency. Check out my VMAX lipo 24 v lithium 50 ah battery usage on a typical 4 hr guide trip in my 19' aluminum bass boat. I fish hard and fast and cover significant amounts of water on a typical trip, so definitely above average use over most anglers. First shot of the app screenshot is on a normal use trip running a shallow grass flat throwing Topwater and covering about a mile stretch of river. After 4 hrs straight use still at almost 80% capacity. The 2nd screenshot is 4 hr trip of harder use mixing in chopping through heavy shallow grass in a spawning area. This is equivalent to running against heavy current. The battery is still at almost 50% capacity. All this in a lightweight package and half the space required of 2 lead acid batteries. So if you're wondering whether one 50 ah lithium will do the job for you. In the majority of cases, absolutely! And if you double up and run 2 in parallel, you will significantly increase duration and still weigh less than 1 lead acid. Hope this helps some of you in planning your battery needs.
