I took a trip down memory lane... on my camera roll. This was our 23rd anniversary in 2015. Due to a few family circumstances we didn’t travel far from home, especially together. So my sweet husband planned our anniversary getaway in the resort down the street from our home. And... he invited the kids to come to dinner because he knew how special that would be to me. We didn’t travel across the globe, only across the street. It was one of our most memorable anniversary vacations! Also this is a reminder that I need to lose some poundage and that life comes at you fast. @ Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa

I was a little taken aback at the end when Rob Perry almost made me cry. It had been over one year since all eight of us were under one roof. I don't know how long it will be until the next time, but I can only hope and pray that it's soon and that we make just as many amazing memories the next time.

This is just a peek into our family adventure in Park City over the New Year. I held back the tears on the video, but I haven't been able to watch it without crying quite yet.

Vacation memories are the best.. we are so thankful for this little holiday getaway!
