✨The sorcerer hat is back! ✨Animation is officially making its welcomed return to Hollywood Studios!

Disney just announced that in 2026, the Star Wars Launch Bay building is being reborn as The Magic of Disney Animation, a brand-new interactive experience inspired by the Emmy-winning short “Once Upon a Studio” (a favorite in our house).

They’re even rebranding the whole Animation Courtyard area as The Walt Disney Studios, complete with shaded seating, snacks, and surprise character encounters. As you prepare for your upcoming trips, please know that Star Wars Launch Bay, Disney Jr. Play & Dance!, and Animation Courtyard will close on September 25, 2025.
