I've been traveling for half my life and I can't imagine in any other way. I began documenting road trips in the U.S. (as roadtriptheus) and after conquering most of the states I moved on to international travel. There are too many amazing things to see and do internationally so I decided to modify this blog into Roadtrip Love. Even if you have to fly to the country to begin the roadtrip, it's still a roadtrip!

Art Alley in Rapid City, SD. It's constantly changing, and worth checking out while you're exploring downtown. It's only about one city block long and is paved, so accessible for all. Keep an eye out for cars passing through!

With COVID19 numbers rising and falling at different rates from state to state and country to country, and certain travel restrictions in place, are you traveling? And if you are, have your plans deviated from what you'd typically do? For example, going to national parks instead of amusement parks. Or exploring the city you live in instead of leaving home at all. Are you 🚙 versus ✈?

Nuclear bombs. Again. I know. You're either chuckling at my obsession or rolling your eyes. I get it. I would propose that the Nevada Test Site is the mother of all stops on the list of Manhattan Project related locations that the public can visit though, so maybe you should check out my new blog!

My Story

Hi! I'm Heather from Louisville, KY. I began blogging about myroad trips throughout the U.S. after conquering most of the states I moved on to international travel and can't wait to see the rest of the world! I embrace solo travel and quite like it. It also fits my lifestyle of super planning because of my handicap; I have nerve damage in both feet but i'm not letting that stop me from seeing the world.

Initially I started blogging solely about the trip itself as a way for friends to keep up with my adventures, but when they started asking for advice, from packing to finding good deals, I decided to add more trip related content, and this website is the result.
