This kitchen remodel was more than worthy of a floor refinish. Classic 2 1/4 red oak floors. With the home owner worried about the dreaded pink showing through, the designer and I shared how amazing no stain could look. I’m thankful she trusted our judgement, cause she was so happy when we finished. 1 coat of Loba Easy Prime & Topped with Loba Duo 2k Satin. Thanks to for another project together!

One of my favorites right here. This one we did awhile back, but held off on the last coat a few months for cabinets, paint, metal work! 4 inch white oak, finished with Loba Invisible 2K.

Have several floors I need to post. Just haven’t had the time. Here is one we recently. Home I worked in 15 years ago. 3 1/4 white oak installed and finished. This was stained 50:50 Golden Oak and Neutral. Then All Loba Duo 2k with amberizer.

Glue down pre finished floor. With all the works from . My pictures are little rough and floor still needs a good clean. Will look amazing when this big remodel is all done. I will try and post more when it’s all completed

Haven’t posted in awhile. We have been crazy busy. There is no lights in this house so my pictures are awful! This was a multi level project that took little over two weeks. Removed 1500 sqft of carpet. Bunch of tile and installed new white oak, sanded original to match. And had a blast making custom curved nosing. David and I are really getting good at those custom bends. Loba stain and Loba Duo finish for the win!

Little stair case we did a couple weeks ago. Will post pics after painter comes in as well.. One of my favorite things todo is completely transform old dates stair case into a simple modern look. Thanks to .supplydesign for the treads and nosing and for the newel post rails and iron.

Water damage floor that was originally done in a white wash. Wish I had more before, it was horrible. All of the original work was bad. We replaced sections of flooring that was damaged. And sanded all the hardwoods the correct way. Our homeowner was extremely happy. The last guys she fired. So her guard was on high, as it should be. She went with a simple clear finish with whitener in it. Loba Duo 2k…

Old distressed hand scraped oak plank floor, ground down flat. Tons of work, but ultimately worth every effort. Stained with new Kolorit 2k Jacobean stain. And topped off with Pallmann Magic Oil Neutral.

Old rental home, home owner just asked for a simple refinish. Has been a rental for 25 years so not exactly sure what all was put on this floor over the years, so we locked it in with some Bullseye Sealer, then top coated with Pallmann PowerX Ultra Matte… Home owner was extremely happy. For a simple 80 year old floor came out pretty decent for what it’s been through.

Old ugly poly covered maple! Sanded, stained with Pallmann Kolorit 2k custom mix…. Provincial and Nutmeg. Then slung some Pallmann Magic oil as a top coat!

4 inch white oak. Glue assisted. This is an addition to an almost 100 year old home. The home owners knew what they wanted, but were open to suggestions, absolutely great people to work for ! This one is stained with Pallmann Kolorit 2k Provincial, and topped with Pallmann Power X Satin finish.

We recently were asked to redo some work of a local contractor. I wasn’t able to take pictures that showed how extremely terrible his work was. I hate to knock a man that I don’t know. But if you don’t have the tools, or the knowledge please share that with customers, don’t waste there time and money. David and I had to spend two days and countless passes with the machines to flatten out his machine marks, digs, and so much more. Once sanded, we used the amazing Pallmann 2k kolorit stain/finish. And the topped with Pallmann Magic oil Neutral. Thanks to for the tips of this newer process.

This stair system was so out of code, and unsafe. Top of rails were under 30 inch’s, spindle spacing was almost 6 inches on center. To fix we custom built the newel post. Solid poplar. Had to fill every spindle hole on end caps and handrails, then sand for new paint. Then raise the handrails to code. Along with installing new iron spindles. The painters did a nice job. Thanks to our favorite contractor Dustin Rasmus for trusting us to make this right… Carpet finished it off nicely!

Quick little install this week. 4 inch white oak. As always we prep the subfloor by sanding the deck, and coating with Wakol PU 280. This is glue assisted with Wakol ms 262 Be back in a few weeks to sand and do the new Pallmann Kolorit stain blend.

Long time customers, called us with and ice maker leak. Sadly it was installed incorrectly. With a bad leaked for some time, (I did not install it) It was determined to sand everything again, and add a few rooms of hardwoods while we where there. Added some vintage gold flush vents as well! This is the new Kolorit 2k stain, Provincial. If you have not tried it yet your missing out, it’s amazing. Then top coated with Pallmann Gold 2k finish Matte.
