After two weeks visiting Scotland, I've come home completely inspired by the Airbnbs we got to stay in.

I'm now officially making brownie cakes for all our guests and we've moved to a 2-night minimum stay because I really want people to have time to settle in, exhale and sink into a cozy rhythm here!

Can't wait to see you all this Summer here on the property!

Soon there will be no snow.

It’s easy to want to jump ahead to warmer months, dreaming about the seeds we will sow, the birds we will hear, and the food we will eat.

I’m trying to savor the moment while gentle holding onto enthusiasm for what’s to come. A little more winter ahead, y’all. How will you savor it? I’d like to at least finish one more book, many more slow candle lit dinners, and a handful of longer snowy runs followed by a sauna.
