For the past several years I've hosted events in national malls across the country as a talent search coordinator. Currently, I have the pleasure of being lead instructor for the International Performing Arts Academy. My passion far exceeds getting talents signed to top agencies, but, was within the ability to build positive self confidence and self-acceptance within each individual

. For many years I personally struggled with low self-esteem and lacked self-confidence. Though many believed in my potential, I didn't believe in myself. This lack of self worth negatively impacted my ability to love myself, take charge of my life, make better choices, and embrace opportunities that presented itself. After questioning my behaviors and emotional conflicts, I began researching what it meant to truly have self-confidence and self-worth, and discovered that without it, it would merely be impossible for me to live a fulfilled authentic life. I have always had a desire to help young ladies but didn't quite understand why and too what extent. It wasn't until I began to work on living a more confident authentic life that I was able to understand that my desire to help young ladies embrace and be their "greatest self" stemmed from acknowledging how vitally important and beneficial it is.
