As June comes to an end. I want to share what has been happening at my house in Borgo. Chef Antonio's mother and sister came to visit from Palermo and this whole family can cook. We made Zucchini Flowers stuffed with cheese and prosciutto. And made a very healthy pasta with the rest of the Zucchini. Summer flavors so healthy and wonderful.

We are at a resort in Messina Sicily where Chef Antonio and his family are helping the owner to make changes in the menu. After making lunch for 65 people the family sits with the owner Sergio to celebrate a successful meal.

Life is good when 5 minutes from your house you can meet the guy that actually made your wine. Only makes 6,000 bottles a year of excellent wine. I love spending time with them. Come join me for a tasting.

During my time here in Palermo the Tre Donne, Rosa, Rosy, and I, finished our experience in Tuscany. A 3.5 hr. Cooking Class blending Tuscany & Sicily. You will experience a short walk to the Devils Bridge very near my house, we will go to the butcher select the ingredients then the Cantina where you select your own bottle of wine. A to the florist to choose our flowers. Back at my house, you will learn to make the famous Arancini, the best street food of Sicily. You will be able to make this at home after this class.
