I’ve been helping someone special prepare for an Alaskan Cruise and today is the day they finally make their way to Vancouver! They sail out on the Disney Wonder tomorrow and their itinerary is truly one of my favorites! I’m so excited for them and this bucket list trip!

I’ve sailed Alaska twice now and thankfully have visited every Port and let me tell you- while there’s truly no wrong choice- I do have favorite stops and it matters what kind of Alaskan cruise you’re hoping for!

You can only sail to Alaska May-September and 2027 bookings are already available (and filling up fast!)

If there’s one vacation you take next year- you might think I’d recommend Walt Disney World or Disneyland first…. BUT it will actually always be ALASKA! 🐻 🫍 🚢 🦅 🦦

The rain can definitely add a wrench in plans, but even when you have to pivot your day, don’t forget you’re still at the Most Magical Place on Earth! (I had to remind my hubs of this a few times! 😉) When you plan your trip with me, I’ll make sure you’re ready for the sunshine and the rainy Florida weather too!

Hi friends! I’m Michelle Patchett! 🤍

I’m married to my best friend, mama to two IVF miracles, a lifelong animal lover, and someone who will pretty much always say YES to another vacation! ✈️

Disney has been part of my story my entire life. My aunt and uncle introduced our family to the magic, and my uncle was actually an engineer at Walt Disney World who helped lead the transformation of Cinderella Castle into the birthday cake for Walt Disney World’s 25th Anniversary. Whether you loved that castle or hated it, our family will forever LOVE it because of what it means to us! 🏰

I’m based in Oklahoma, a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, and always looking for an excuse to head back to the Most Magical Place on Earth!

I also truly believe Disney isn’t just for kids. Girls’ trips, couples getaways, EPCOT festivals, incredible dining, Disney Cruise Line…there is SO much magic for adults, too!

Multigenerational vacations will probably always be my favorite! There’s just something special about grandparents, parents and kids making those memories together. Group and friend trips are a VERY close second because having more of your favorite people with you makes the magic even more fun! 🤍

That love of travel is what brought me to Be Our Guest Vacations. I became a travel professional because I wanted to take some of the stress out of planning and make the process FUN! 

And while Walt Disney World will always have my heart, I love helping my clients experience Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland Paris, Universal, Alaskan cruises and all of those, those BIG bucket-list adventures, too!

Before joining BOGV, I spent more than a decade working at an open-intake animal shelter, so you’ll probably see a foster dog (or two…or three 😂) around here, too! I really like helping people go on vacation and helping dogs find homes! 🐾

More than anything, I love getting to know my clients and figuring out what YOUR dream trip looks like because it doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

The Muppets took over Rockin Roller Coaster and also the top spot in my new favorite ride and new favorite day at !!

This ride revamp and re-theme is AMAZING but how do you ever top a private concert with Electric Mayhem, fireworks AND !!!

Truly magic from start to finish!!! Rockin Rollercoaster starring the Muppets opens May 26 to the public! (Wait until you see all of the star filled cameos!!) Annual Passholders can enjoy Passholder previews on May 21, 22 and 23 though so check out the Passholder Buzz for more details! ✨
