Most cruise lines offer some variation of Chef’s Table, and today I had the honor of experiencing it aboard Royal Caribbean’s Vision of the Seas out of Baltimore.

The meal was absolutely exquisite:
🍽 Scallop Carpaccio
🍅 Smoked Tomato Soup
🦞 Maine Lobster Salad
🐟 Roasted Branzino & 🥩 Filet Mignon
🍫 "The World" – An Incredible Dessert

Each course was perfectly paired with a wine or cocktail, making for an unforgettable dining experience.

I highly recommend trying Chef’s Table on your next cruise!
