Get your events on the Island Park activities calendar
The Island Park Historical Society is planning a couple of big events this summer and wants to make sure the events do not conflict with other activities that same weekend. If you are planning an activity/event this summer, please let us know so we can get it on a main community calendar so activities can be coordinated instead of overlapping. The activities will also be listed/updated in the Island Park News.
These are the events we know about so far. Let us know about other activities.
June 27-29 – Island Park Festival at Blue Buffalo Resort, Friday, June 27, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, June 28, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, June 29, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
July 5 – Island Park Sawtelle Fun Run - Half Marathon, 10k, 5k, and Kid's 1k
July 19 -- 2025 Mesa Falls Marathon and Half Marathon Races are point-to-point races that begin on Scenic Highway 47 in the Targhee National Forest and end in the city of Ashton.
July 25-27 – Island Park Festival at Sawtelle Mountain Resort for Pioneer Day Weekend 2025. Friday, July 25th, 10a.m. – 6 p.m. Saturday, July 26th, 10 a.m. – 6Pp.m. and Sunday, July 27th, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. For more information visit our website. www.IslandParkFestival.com
Aug. 8-9 – Swaptastic, Island Park’s free clothing exchange. Aug. 8 1-3 p.m. drop off clothing. Aug. 9 9-11 a.m. shop for free clothing, Event at Island Park EMS Building. Volunteers needed on both days.
Aug. 8-10 – West Yellowstone Festival at Heritage Park in West Yellowstone, Montana.
