In 2012, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and multiple food allergies. Despite the challenges that traveling with food allergies can bring, our vacations have not stopped. I still continue to travel and look for destinations that are allergy-friendly. My favorite allergy-friendly destination is Walt Disney World because they do such a great job going above and beyond to serve their guests with

allergies, but the options are endless! I feel that travel is an important way to connect as a family and recharge for everyday life. I have planned numerous vacations and love that I can share my passion for exploring new places with my clients as I help them make memories that will last a lifetime. I look forward to using my personal experiences to help make your dream vacation a reality. I specialize in:

Isle of Berk at Epic Universe was a major highlight! Between the amazing theming, the Untrainable Dragon show, and the super fun coaster, it felt like we were living in the world of How to Train Your Dragon.

What really stood out, though, was how well they handled food allergies. I safely ate at both quick service spots with celiac disease and multiple allergies. The chefs were so thorough and kind—reviewing ingredients, prepping carefully, and delivering delicious meals I could actually enjoy.

The chefs at Dockside truly went above and beyond this week! With celiac disease and allergies to garlic, rice, and dairy, I wasn’t sure how things would go—especially with Epic being so new. To be safe, I chose to have dinner at Dockside each night and emailed them my allergies ahead of time. From the moment I arrived, they took incredible care of me. Every meal was delicious, but the highlight was a surprise chicken Parmesan that Chef Jalen arranged—easily my favorite of the week!

I braved Dark Universe to get to DAS Statehouse—and it was totally worth it!
This allergy-friendly version of Bird on a Stick was a win: grilled chicken skewers with roasted veggies, thick-cut fries, and a bold chimichurri sauce. Gluten-free and made without dairy, garlic, or rice.
Safe, flavorful, and the perfect reward after facing the monsters!

I’m heading back to Epic Universe today! On Wednesday, I rode Donkey Kong, Yoshi, Curse of the Werewolf, and Stardust Racers. We also caught The Untrainable Dragon show and tried to see Le Cirque Arcanus, but it was down for technical issues—just part of the preview experience!
