Had a whirlwind day at Disney’s California Adventure Park. My favorite ride was Incredicoaster followed by Guardians of the Galaxy. Guardians is similar to Tower of Terror in Walt Disney World, but has slightly different elements and I think was even better than Tower of Terror. My third favorite option and one that kids will absolutely love was Radiator Springs Racers. This is a fun family ride through a winding road that ends with a race against another one of the cars. It was truly unique and a lot of fun! More content coming soon!

~Hi everyone! I've been pretty quiet on social media lately as it's been a very busy few months at home. Between planning trips for others, multiple graduations, traveling myself, and other life events, I haven't been online in a while. So l’d like to re-introduce myself since there are new people here.
~My name is Colleen Welling and I am a travel advisor with Never Look Back Vacations. I started this journey two years ago when I retired from being a physical therapist. After 30 years as a therapist, I decided to go in a different direction and follow a childhood dream. Here's a little background.
~I spent my childhood traveling with my family and camping across the country. The places we visited really fueled my desire to see the rest of the world too. After I married my husband, we took our two children across the country, and ventured to other countries as well. Now my kids are grown, and my husband and I are continuing our travels around the world. Southeast Asia and Japan are next on our list!!
~As an advisor, I have gained firsthand knowledge and many tips on how to make your dream vacation the best it can be. I will be sharing those tips and more moving forward. If you are interested in planning a trip I’d love to help!

It's been just over two years since I started my journey as a travel consultant. I’ve had the pleasure of planning trips to Japan, Europe, Alaska, Hawaii, river cruises, ocean cruises, and more for all of my wonderful clients! Seeing your posts and helping you make lifelong memories always makes me very happy. I feel privileged to have been a part of your story. Iceland day 4 recap-After spending the night in Húsavik We spent the day searching and finding puffins, visiting the Geosea hot spring baths for some relaxation, climbed down to see the beautiful hidden pool in Grótja, and took a hike to see the most powerful waterfall in Europe. It’s called Dettifoss. We also saw free roaming sheep and their lambs. So cute!! We ended the night with a snowstorm on our way to our guesthouse. Not fun to drive in but beautiful to see!

Day two in Reykjavík highlights!
Went to the top of Hallgrimskirkja to see the views, flew over Iceland and learned some folklore, and stopped by a lighthouse. In the afternoon we took a tour of Aubær Open Air Museum where we learned about early life in Iceland and toured a turf house and the first wooden house built in Reykjavik.
We ended our sightseeing with a stop at Höfði house where the summit between President Reagan and Gorbachev took place in 1986.
Dinner was at Reykjavik Kitchen, a great little restaurant that has lots of options for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets.

Some highlights from our day in Reykjavík yesterday. We took a walk along the waterfront to the Harpa Opera House. We stopped by Rainbow Street for a quick tour and then headed over to Hallgrímskirkja which is the beautiful Lutheran Church and landmark in Reykjavík. We ended our evening with a delicious dinner at the Hlemmur food hall near our hotel.

Today I’m setting sail on the Caribbean Princess ship out of Port Canaveral. Our medallions made the process so easy! We literally took the medallion, put it on the machine and on we went. We did our safety video and then headed to the Coral dining room for a yummy lunch. The pictures are of my appetizer and dessert. My entrée looked so delicious I started eating it and forgot to take a picture lol. By the time we finished lunch, our state room was ready. We are in an upgraded balcony room and as you can see the balcony is a generous size. Plenty of room to have friends over for cocktails. There is also ample storage room and our luggage was already here. Yay! Heading out to explore the ship!
