Travel Gadget of the week
Everyone is always terrified of checked luggage going missing. I see so many people struggling with their carry-on luggage. I highly recommend checking luggage but we get Apple tags and put them in our luggage. This gives us peace of mind while traveling and can track luggage if something goes wrong.
You can also use a Tile is you don't use Apple products

Just recently I was on a Royal Carribean Cruise. One of our stops was Catalina. I was waiting in line for to rent a golf cart and we were on our phones. One of the guys in line said " Are we in the US?" He thought we were in a foreign country so he couldn't use his phone. Here some other crazy thing tourists have asked while visiting an island.
1. Which beach is closest to the water?
2. Can I take a bottle of this blue Caribbean water home?
3. Would you please turn the sound effects off?
4. Can you swim under the island?
5. Do you live here?
6. Are there sharks in this ocean?
7. Can I have the beach all to myself for a proposal?
8. Is this island man-made?

Travel Protection Insurance was something I never thought was necessary. However, the last 10 years I have made sure to purchase travel protection for medical and unexpected travel emergencies just because of the horror stories I have heard. Just this week I was reminded of importance of travel insurance. Many people are stranded in the Caribbean due to Hurricane Beryl. Airlines are canceling flights, and they won't cover trip interruption cost such as hotels or food because of weather. This is where travel protection comes in. l I highly recommend for all travelers now.
