I recently went on a 10-day study tour of Slovakia and Hungary, 2 places I have never been to before now. There are so many amazing places in both countries-- I don’t even know where to start!

I used to think that adventure travel wasn't for me because I didn't want to go skydiving or rock climbing. Well, I had the thought earlier today that "adventure travel" can mean anything I want it to: a river cruise down the Mekong or cooking classes in Casablanca or an Antarctic cruise.. because I've never done ANY of these thing, so they'd ALL be adventures!

Calling all wine lovers! I just learned of a 10-day tour scheduled for next summer exploring the wine regions of Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. Who wants in? Speaking from personal experience.. the local wines there are amazing!
