☕🌊 This might just be my favorite way to start a day at sea.

Give me a cup of coffee, my balcony, and nothing but ocean in front of me, and I’m happy.

There’s something about those quiet mornings on a cruise ship before the day really begins. No rushing out the door. No traffic. Just fresh air, the sound of the ocean, and a few peaceful minutes to wonder what the day will bring.

On my recent Disney Destiny cruise, this was exactly how I started my mornings. And honestly, it’s one of the little things I look forward to most every time I cruise.

The shows, restaurants, ports and activities are wonderful, but sometimes my favorite cruise moments are the simplest ones.

This is also one of the reasons I’m a balcony girl. ❤️🚢

Today, I’m feeling incredibly grateful. 💙

🎃👻 Halloween on the High Seas aboard the Disney Destiny! 🚢✨

There’s something extra fun about cruising when the ship gets a little spooky makeover!

On my recent sailing aboard the Disney Destiny, I got to experience Halloween on the High Seas, complete with festive decorations, the beautiful Halloween tree, trick-or-treating, plenty of candy, and of course, Disney characters dressed for the occasion. Even Mickey gets into the Halloween spirit! 🐭🎃

It’s one of those experiences that reminds me how much the time of year can change the feel of a cruise. You’re still enjoying everything the ship normally offers, but with seasonal touches and special activities layered into the experience.

🌏 Greetings from Kushiro, Japan! 🇯🇵

There is nothing better than hearing from clients while they’re traveling and knowing they are having an amazing time!

My clients are currently on an incredible North Pacific cruise from Vancouver to Tokyo, and today brought them to Kushiro, Japan, their first port of call in Japan. They sent me this great photo from their day ashore and said they truly enjoyed exploring Kushiro. ❤️

From sailing Alaska’s Inside Passage and visiting Ketchikan to crossing the International Date Line and now experiencing Japan, this is certainly not your everyday cruise itinerary!
