rland and many other famous attractions of Central Florida. Featuring 2100 sqft of space all on one level! Fully furnished 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, including 2 en-suites, complete with all the essentials including linens, towels, full size washer and dryer, kitchen utensils and appliances. Each bedroom has upgraded linens, closets, dressers, nightstands, and Samsung Smart Tv's with cable and options to sign into your apps. The family room hosts a sleeper sofa, Samsung Smart TV and overlooks the beautiful private pool and hot tub with color splash and community lake! A fantastic game room with slate pool table, foosball and Samsung Smart TV. To help with packing the home also has a few baby essentials such as a pack and play and booster/high chair. Free Wi-Fi and local and long distance calling (within North America). The award winning Terra Verde Resort Community includes a 6,000 sqft clubhouse with concierge, sauna, fitness and game room, business center, lounge with flat screen TVs. Step outside to an amazing array of activities: zero entry pool, hot tub, The Terra Verde Tiki Bar & Grill, shuffle board, mini-golf, basketball, ping pong, kids play area, hammocks over-looking the tranquil community lake and so much more! You're more than welcome to book via VRBO and Airbnb however both sites do charge the traveler a pretty significant fee. We love bookings no matter where you're comfortable so book wherever you prefer :)

RESERVATION POLICY
50% of Total Reservation amount is due at booking (known as Reservation Fee). Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in date. CANCELLATION POLICY
If canceled 60 days prior to Check-in Date, 50% of reservation fee will be refunded. If canceled 30-59 days prior to Check-In Date 25% of reservation fee will be refunded. If canceled within 30 days of Check-In Date no refund will be given. WE REQUIRE our guests to look into and secure Trip Insurance to protect you from cancellations due to Hurricanes, Family emergency etc. Please know, if your dates MUST change, we will do everything we can to accommodate a change however rate increase may apply. Haaaaay to our favorite people across the world… Details about our latest trip 🥰~ My middle baby Liam and his beautiful girlfriend Riley, joined me at Disney Lillian House last week. I worked on the house, they ‘helped’ a bit, but more importantly, they did some amazing vacay things too~
🎣 Fished the great Terra Verde lake, fed some ducks
🏌️‍♂️Golfed at the fabulous Falcon's Fire Golf Club
⛳️ Mini Golf and held a gator at Congo River Golf (Kissimmee Location) ⛈️ Got POURED on before I could get back to them 😆
☀️Sunbathed (napped) at the Terra Verde Resort pool
🍗Snacked at the new Terra Verde Tiki Var & Grill. Says food is 🔥
🎢 Spent a day at Universal Islands Of Adventure
🚀Watched a rocket launch from the pool deck
AND WE WORKED ON THE HOUSE :)! Forgot to get all the photos though :).
🎯Added some fabulous wall games
🧖‍♀️Upgraded bath towels to super soft ‘Hotel Premiums’
🛏️Updated the queen room bedding
🪛Touched up some paint, raised some drapes
🔌Tightened loose outlets, light switches and k***s
💡Repaired the game room light
🛠️Installed a new pool motor 🙄
🧑‍🎨 Spruced up the two outdoor tables 👌
☀️Ordered a new pool lounger
🤕THEEEEEEN I fell and fractured my elbow 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️ halting the rest of my plans and to-do’s UGH.
🦀To pity and reward myself, I treated us to a much deserved FABULOUS seafood dinner at 192 Crab & Lobster and OH MY, FIVE STAR! Delicious and our waitress was awesome too.
Next trip will be sooner then planned, (oh shucks lol)and will include finishing the updates that are now tucked in my closet and hopefully an upgraded piece of furniture that I know you’ll all love! 🤫 don’t tell the hubs. Owning this amazing place is full of the fun updates and the not so noticeable but super important maintenance items too😉. I love loving on Disney Lillian House just for you all ❤️. Enjoy!!
