I started building homes at the ripe young age of 14 in 1975 and have built many homes since. I also have several years of commercial construction experience. I've recently completed training in Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning receiving a Universal EPA Certification among other certifications. I'm licensed by the State of Ohio to perform Pest Inspections...more specifically wood destroying organisms such as Termites, Carpenter Ants, Carpenter Bees, and specific Beatles.

I've been accused of being pretty thorough, but I don't think that I'm nit picky, but rather common sense when it comes to my home inspections. My Dad was a Marine and a career police officer and if I didn't do something correctly, I got to do it again. So I try to do things as best possible and I think that's what I would look for if I were looking for a home inspector when making the largest purchase of my life.
