Tears of Joy, Tears of Pain 💔🙏🇮🇱

Today, six hostages have returned home alive, but the pain is unbearable as we bring back the bodies of little Ariel Bibas, his brother Kfir, their mother Shiri, and Oded Lifsh*tz—all brutally murdered by Hamas. This is not over. 63 hostages are still held in Gaza, and until they return, we will never stop.

🇮🇱 The people of Israel will never forget. We will never forgive. We have been here for thousands of years, and we are not going anywhere. Our enemies will vanish, but Am Yisrael Chai!

Israel may be a small country, but it has produced visionary leaders, innovators, and game-changers who have shaped world history. Swipe to discover 5 Israelis who left a lasting impact! 👇

1. David Ben-Gurion – The Founding Father
Ben-Gurion was the first Prime Minister of Israel and declared the country’s independence in 1948. His leadership shaped modern Israel and secured its place on the world map.

📍 Fun Fact: He retired to the Negev Desert, believing it would be Israel’s future!

2. Golda Meir – The Iron Lady of the Middle East
Golda Meir was Israel’s first (and only) female Prime Minister, leading the country through the Yom Kippur War in 1973. Known for her determination and direct style, she was one of the world’s most influential female leaders.

📍 Fun Fact: She was nicknamed "the only man in the Israeli cabinet."

3. Chaim Weizmann – The Scientist Who Helped Create Israel
Weizmann was a chemist and Zionist leader who played a key role in securing the Balfour Declaration (1917)—the British statement that supported a Jewish homeland. He later became Israel’s first President in 1949.

📍 Fun Fact: He developed synthetic acetone, which helped Britain during World War I.

4. Ilan Ramon – Israel’s First Astronaut
Ramon was the first Israeli to go to space on the Columbia Space Shuttle (2003). Tragically, he lost his life when the shuttle disintegrated on re-entry. His legacy continues to inspire future generations in science and space exploration.

📍 Fun Fact: He took a tiny Torah scroll from the Holocaust with him into space.

5. Ada Yonath – The Nobel Prize-Winning Scientist
Ada Yonath is an Israeli biochemist who won the 2009 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for her groundbreaking work on ribosomes. Her research has advanced modern medicine and antibiotics.

📍 Fun Fact: She was the first Middle Eastern woman to win a Nobel Prize in science!

Wonderful evening in the desert. We took 4x4 jeeps to the desert where we had a chef making dinner for us and a Bar with drinks.
