The Parke County Guide is Published every Fall, starting in November 2022, we will share information from our Guide here. I invite you to linger a spell, read about our Merchants and their wares, enjoy the colorful photographs and make plans to visit us soon. No matter what the season, Parke County has so much to offer - whether it is the fresh green of Spring, the good fishing ti

mes of Summer, the coziness of Fall or the beautiful pristine white of Winter, you will find so much to see and do in this "neck of the woods"! Whatever the Season, you will want to not only check out our numerous covered bridges that we are known for, but also enjoy events like the popular Spring Maple Syrup Fair. In the Summer you can enjoy Rockville's funky and chic Brick Street Market that offers fun and unique finds or come to Indiana's largest festival, The Parke County Covered Bridge Festival in the Fall. Visit us when the snow flies and experience Hometown Holiday celebrations throughout Parke County. We want to make sure you make the most of your visit to Parke County, whether it's in the Fall, Winter, Spring or Summer.

The Tiki Shack has brought back its BBQ Menu for the Summer. It's really good 😋 and they have a full bar 🍻
Live music on Saturday April 19th 🎶

The Mansfield Mushroom Festival -
April 26th -27th, 2025
𝙒𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 40 𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙖 𝙬𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙫𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙈𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙡 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙨 𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙁𝙤𝙤𝙙.
The Red Barn of Mansfield property has co-hosted this event since it started and brings local Vendors to the Village to celebrate Spring and the Elusive Morel Mushroom.
The Mansfield Mushroom Festival happens the last full weekend of April in conjunction with the Bridgeton Rendezvous, which offers Living history reenactments from 1750-1840. Also, see trading posts, black powder shoots, tomahawk/knife throwing, and a skillet throw, and be sure to check out the hearth cooking at the 1822 Case Log Cabin.
Other property owners in Mansfield may be Open April 19-20. However, in observance of Easter, we, as well as our Vendors, will remain closed to allow for time to spend with Family & Friends and to attend Sunday Church Services to celebrate Easter.
We can't wait to see you for the festival on April 26th -27th.
We will be Open 9-5 both days.
Also on April 25th -27th, Turkey Run Inn at Turkey Run State Park will host the Women's Wellness Weekend.
So much to do in Parke County!!

Annual Covered Bridge Festival in Mansfield Village, Parke County, Indiana. Nine days every October. For vendor space at Fox's Overlook, located on the hill across from the Roller Mill, call 765-653-3049. For vendor space at other locations, please contact the respective land owners. NOTICE: The owners of this page, Fox's Overlook, can control ONLY vendors renting space at their location on the hill, across from the Roller Mill, and they carefully screen and select those vendors.
