We’re MORE than just the Bayhouse Playhouse!

What started out in 2014 as a personal vacation home for my beach-starved self has morphed into THREE Airbnb vacation rentals “in town”. When I started renting out this little cutie, there were only FOUR Airbnb properties in all of Panama City, and two of them were boats! People said, “Vacation rentals? IN TOWN????” YES! Now, there are MANY to choose from, but I hope you’ll be booking one of mine when your travels bring you to my beautiful town. The Bayhouse Playhouse is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with an awesome back porch that’s perfect for napping. Sleeps 4-5 in 1 king, 2 twins, and a couch or daybed. The Schoolhouse Rocks is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath that’s great for larger parties or families. Sleeps 5-6 in 2 queens, 1 twin, and a couch. The Sweet Suite is a small 2 bedroom, 1 bath “mother-in-law” unit attached to The Schoolhouse Rocks. Sleeps 4 in 2 full beds. Rent it when you just need a small space, or combine it with the front house for a total of 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths that can accommodate up to 10 people. The units connect through the garage but have separate entrances. Bonus: TWO KITCHENS! Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of hosting groups of friends, multi-generational families, couples, students, military personnel, yachtsmen, bikers, and of course, Spring Breakers. We’ve even had a marriage proposal and at least three families who’ve stayed with us three years in a row! Two of our repeat visitors now own their own vacation homes in Panama City thanks to my native “Panama Cityzen” knowledge of our amazing Emerald Coast.
