Coastal Realty was founded in 1993 by St. Augustine native, Judy Alligood. With a love of the small town and the unique features it offered, Judy wanted to showcase the best of the vacation rental industry while providing a hands-on, personal experience for the traveler. What once started as a handful of short and long term vacation rentals and timeshares with only five employees has now grown to over 400 rentals, 53 timeshares, two sales agents, and 35 community associations managed by on site and portfolio managers, all located in St. Augustine. We are fortunate that our guests choose Coastal Realty year after year to provide the best quality rentals at affordable pricing with superior customer service.
