We love kicking off our tours with a welcome dinner at Augustiner Keller in Munich. It’s a true local gem that our friend Levi, , introduced us to years ago—and now, it’s a must-visit every time we’re in town, with or without a group.

On arrival day, we stroll over as a group to the Augustiner Keller, a large Bierhall and Biergarten, where things kick off with a massive spread of Bavarian appetizers. And then comes the star of the show: a wooden barrel of Augustiner Helles Lager, tapped tableside just for us with a hefty wooden mallet and brass tap. Fresh and straight from the source—there’s really nothing like it.

It’s the perfect way to break the ice, raise a glass, and start the adventure together.

We’re hitting some truly legendary beer spots in Brussels—Brasserie Cantillon included! This family-run lambic brewery has been perfecting its craft since 1900 and is considered a cornerstone of traditional Gueuze and Lambic brewing. On our visit, we’ll explore their Gueuze Museum, tour the working brewery, and of course, enjoy a tasting of their wild-fermented masterpieces.
