Dog Ear Privacy wood fence is your most economical and expedient wood privacy fence option available through Spartan Fence. This is a recently installed fence in that style constructed in Spring Hill area.

On this particular job we did encounter some ledge rock that required some jackhammering to set some of the fence posts. We’ve heard of up-charges and “encounter rock fees” that other companies will surprise charge customers with. We endeavor to understand geological conditions in the areas that we dig, and provide those labor costs in the front side of the estimate. Though we don’t get it right 100% of the time we believe as the experts we should know and do what we can to communicate with our clients about their digging conditions and how it affects our labor estimates. We don’t like surprises, especially financial ones. As a result, we do not have contractual conditions that leverage our ability to exercise surprise fees. We want to get it right in our estimate and if we don’t, it’s on us!

We were able to put the finishing touches on this beautiful, custom board on board wood privacy fence in between the rain and frequent tornado warnings. We’re very happy with the finished results and felt it was a great way to kick off the spring fence building season.

We hope you are all safe! Our hearts go out to anyone impacted by the severe weather these past few days.

DON’T let this post confuse you. You are seeing vinyl fence in Westhaven! Historically, only wood and aluminum has been allowed in Westhaven by the HOA. But as of yesterday, some residents may qualify for approval for vinyl fences.

What you’re seeing here is the FIRST HOA APPROVED vinyl fence in the neighborhood. We were contracted directly by Westhaven Townhomes to construct this fence. Both the homeowner and Westhaven representatives were very happy with the results!
