Beyond being down-to-earth and a pleasure to work with, Clay is a true artist.

We’re leveling up the upstate escape at with a handcrafted cedar sauna and cold plunge/hot tub setup — made for slow mornings, peaceful evenings, and everything in between.

We started with just a few poles (and a glove, lol) in the ground to mark the perimeter.
Then came the incessant rain, a couple of snowstorms, and material delays—but we never stopped. We kept working to bring our next vision to life.

✨Equipped with all brand-new appliances like a coffee maker, microwave, airfryer/oven, blender, electric griddle and more, it’s perfect for whipping up breakfast, snacks or light dinners.
The kitchen’s compact size makes it efficient and easy to navigate, ensuring guests have everything they need within reach and are provided with all kitchenware, tableware and cookware essentials.

• sleek stainless steel counter top and sink with a dish rack
• ample storage space including cabinets and shelves
