Not our favorite house, but it came out decent all the same. Tons of masonry repairs, and the previous owner had already done some things that we opted to leave. Permits and inspections completed it’s finally ready to be a home for someone again.

It’s been a long time in the making. 18 months of design work, permitting back and forth with PWC, new septic system, illegal zoning approvals to work through, it’s been quite the task. We’re finally back on our major unconventional underpinning.

We’re moving a little slower than we’d like, had some project closings to finish out. Sending a crew south to Mars Hill NC, and branching out from there to help with relief efforts and supplies, on Wednesday. We’re bringing food, water, gasoline, generators, chainsaws, climbing gear, power tools, baby wipes, etc…. If anyone in the area needs anything before we head that way please DM.
