It's National School Bus Safety Week! 🚍
This year's theme is "Safe Rides, Everyday Heroes"
Throughout the week, school transportation professionals, students, families, educators, motorists, and communities nationwide will reinforce one shared priority: keeping students safe on and around the school bus.
Folks are encouraged to raise awareness, share important safety messages, and celebrate the professionals who safely transport millions of students each day.
Each year, NAPT holds a Safety Poster Contest which gives students a voice in promoting school bus safety and helps carry that message into communities across the country.
Below is this year's winning artwork by Sai Darshana Yekolu in Prosper, Texas.
THANK YOU to our driving & assistant professionals who focus on student safety every day!
