This was a cookies and cream cake I tried out and tested on my friends at work. It was a cookies and cream cake with cookies and cream icing and a dark chocolate ganach drip.

I love experimenting with new flavors. This cake was so much fun to make. It is a strawberry lemon cake with a cream cheese icing. It's filled with a strawberry compote along with the same cream cheese icing. It is topped with a white chocolate ganach drip and a white chocolate whipped cream. It also has drunken chocolate covered strawberries and candied lemon slices on top.

Made these cupcakes for a guy who loves boxing. They are strawberry cupcakes with a ganach filling and a cream cheese icing. I topped them off with hand painted fondant boxing gloves, round one signs, bells, and champion belts.

I delivered this baby shower cake this last weekend. It was a 1/2 sheet two layer cake, half chocolate and half white cake with cream cheese frosting and fondant flowers and a fondant owl.
