Just had dinner at Buccan at the brand-new Sandals Saint Vincent and let me just say… my taste buds are writing a thank-you note as we speak.

As a travel advisor, I’ve done the research (a.k.a. shamelessly sampled every bite on the menu), and this place did not disappoint. The vibes? Tropical-chic. The food? Caribbean flavors turned up to 11. The service? So good I almost asked if they were hiring.

They slow roast meats over hot stones... How can you go wrong! I love that the staff and chef come out to talk you through every course and tell you what spices or chutney go best. It's intertainment, a culinary experience and a way to make new friends all in one!
