Our Bay Front Home is located in Beach Haven West. Our home has six bedrooms and has a maximum occupancy rating of 12 adults. There are four full bathrooms. Beach Haven West is one of best kept secrets on the shore and in the Long Beach Island area. It is 100% residential and waterfront.

It is an ideal location for a large family or a group of families to get away together for a vacation. You have easy access to Long Beach Island – you literally do not hit a traffic light on 72 when going to LBI, just get on right before the bridge. But you also have easy access to the shopping centers, Mud City Crab House, Old Causeway Steaks and Oysters, not to mention easy side trips to Atlantic City. Our home is a custom built home. It has three floors and huge decks on each floor. The view is ever changing. You are looking out over the bay; watch the sun come up over LBI, huge moon rises during the summer, there is always something going by on the bay – sailboats/powerboats/water ski’ers/kayakers etc. Our pier is ideal for relaxing on and doing some crabbing. Or take our Kayaks out for a ride. Go for a swim in the bay. You can even bring your own boat and get out onto the water and enjoy some of the best protected waters on the east coast. Last night, the bay was calm, the clouds gently moved across the sky, and the lights from the bridge shimmered across the water like reflections from a dream. It’s hard to capture just how beautiful and expansive it all feels—but we tried.

This is the view from our deck—whether you're relaxing with a nightcap, winding down after a beach day, or just soaking in the stillness, it's a view that always delivers.

We’ve hosted wonderful families for nearly 15 summers now at CausewayView, and this backyard might just be the star of the show.

From the lounge chairs by the water, to the private balconies off the top-floor bedrooms — there’s no shortage of places to soak in the sunrise, sunset, or anything in between.

It’s the first day of what’s expected to be a real heatwave here at the shore. This was sunrise today over the Causeway — calm before the sizzle.

Who has checked out the new 'Original' Ron Jon in Ship Bottom? Just a 5 minute drive from Causeway View - A Bayfront Rental Home , we stopped by today for some quick shopping, followed by an ice coffee from How You Brewin and a slice at BLVD Pizza in Surf City.

Yardwork’s Done—and It Was Worth the Wait! 💪🌊

It took way longer than expected (bulkhead projects always do...), but our yard is finally finished—and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Over the offseason, we replaced the bulkhead, leveled and regraded the entire backyard, and brought in a top-notch local stone and landscape team here in Beach Haven West. Now? The space is huge—one of the biggest bayfront yards you’ll find anywhere near LBI—and it’s ready for summer.

Even though Memorial Day guests arrived before the project wrapped, they still gave us a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review on VRBO. Just imagine how great the experience is now that everything’s in place.

We’ve got our next guests checking in today—and we still have a few rare summer weeks left for 2025.
